1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

  • Most of our premium upgrade kits are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days after your payment is successfully verified.
  • Orders placed over the weekend or on official public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Timelines

We proudly ship our specialized retrofit kits globally to ensure older vehicles everywhere can experience modern smartphone connectivity.

  • Delivery Time: International shipping times vary depending on the destination country, usually ranging from 7-14 business days.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to trace your package in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier tracking information to update on their system.

4. Duties, Customs, and Taxes

For international shipments outside our primary fulfillment zones, AUVETO is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, or local taxes applied by your country’s customs authority. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Missing, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. AUVETO is not liable for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

If your package arrives damaged during transit, or if it is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our support team immediately at auveto@gmail.com so we can assist you in filing a claim with the courier.
