At AUVETO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We stand behind the quality of our car interface solutions and integration kits. Please review our comprehensive return and refund policy below.
1. 14-Day Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a standard return.
- Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: uninstalled, unused, undamaged, with all original tags/labels, and inside its complete original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Important for Automotive Electronics: Any integration kit or interface box that shows signs of installation, modified/cut wiring harnesses, or cosmetic damage from DIY attempts will not be eligible for a standard return.
2. How to Start a Return & Shipping Costs

⚠️ Return Shipping Notice: Please note that AUVETO does not provide prepaid return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If your return request is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions and the correct return shipping address via email. Items sent back to us without first requesting an official return will not be accepted.
3. Damages, Defects, and Fitment Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you receive the incorrect kit for your vehicle model, contact us immediately at auveto@gmail.com.
Our technical team will evaluate the issue right away. If it is a compatibility or installation misunderstanding, our 1-on-1 support will help you resolve it. If the hardware is genuinely defective upon arrival, we will arrange a replacement or resolve the issue accordingly to make it right.
4. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Custom / Personalized Orders: Special vehicle-specific custom wiring or tailored software modifications.
- Altered Electronics: Kits with cut, spliced, or pinned wires that permanently alter the hardware.
- Clearance Items: We cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance inventory, or gift cards.
5. Exchanges
The fastest and most efficient way to ensure you get the correct kit (e.g., if you accidentally ordered the wrong model year for your Toyota or Lexus) is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted by our team, you can make a separate, new purchase for the correct product.
6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if our merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the item must be in its original, uninstalled, and unused condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase intact. Note: Return shipping fees for EU cooling-off returns also remain the responsibility of the customer.
7. Refunds Timeline
Once we receive and thoroughly inspect your returned package, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Processing Delays: Please keep in mind that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your statement.
